Day 2 @junkbonanza #portland brought forecasts for apocalyptic rain and wind… and junk-savvy customers who deemed the weather standard issue for the Pacific Northwest!

Vendors had restocked overnight and filled the floor with plenty of great storage pieces…

It was “Get Lucky” day at the Bonanza! We gave away 40 $25 coupons to attendees to redeem for merchandise in the booths of their choosing!

Efforts to complete our paint-by-number project proceeded apace. Even the Spokane graphic designer who converted photos to paintings, Vanessa Swenson, pitched in!

Ki and Celeste Shaw offered a sneak peek at the new issue of Flea Market Style that they are co-editing! It will be on newsstands in November!

Even Marcee from Camp Hollyhock took a minute at the end of the day to pose in our paint-by-numbers photo op!

At 5PM, Ki took the microphone from announcer Tim Luke to share heartfelt thanks to the amazing vendors of JB Portland. They rocked this show with their amazing product, gorgeous staging and great attitudes!

And then load-out commenced! Our vendors pick it, buy it, haul it home, clean it, repair it, up cycle it, transport it, stage it and sell it!

And then, when they are done, they haul it again! With smiles on their faces!

And then, as soon as it started, it seemed, it was over!
