Elizabeth Demos, author of “Vintage Wedding Style” and our special guest at the Junk Bonanza’s Weddings Lab, is on the road!
She has set out from her home in Savannah, Ga., and is road-tripping with pal Jade McCully of Jade + Matthew Take Pictures! Jade and her mister photographed four weddings in Liz’s book, including “the lovely inspiration board chapter openers,” Liz noted.
Because this is a road trip, it must have fun stops!
First up: Atlanta to see the Frida & Diego Passion, Politics and Painting exhibit at the High Museum. Liz said there are more than 120 paintings and drawings by Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, as well as photographs of them captured by other artists. Liz said they are aiming for their main pit stop in St. Louis!
