We’re hard at work on the details of the Weddings Lab that will debut at the Spring Junk Bonanza! We plan to key off of the great ideas and vintage fabulosity found on the pages of the premiere issue of Flea Market Style Weddings, but there will be even more vintage ideas, resources and inspiration on board for you!
We’ll have an update for you soon about our partner vendors working with us on the Lab, but meanwhile, we are thrilled to announce that stylist and event planner Elizabeth Demos, author of  “Vintage Wedding Style: More than 25 Simple Projects & Endless Inspiration for Designing Your Big Day” (Chronicle Books, $30), will be in the house! She’ll sign books and lend her expertise to the lab!
We’ll share a Q and A with Liz soon, but meanwhile, you can learn more about her here

And, do you recognize the top photo, and this one here, from the premiere issue of Flea Market Style Weddings? They are from Junk Bonanza vendor and vintage wedding prop stylist Clare Hoelderle‘s celebration, one of six weddings featured in the mag!

Whether you’re a bride to be, or just a fan of down-the-aisle-style, we can’t wait to show you what we’ve got!

  1. I’m so excited to be a part of the Weddings Lab at the Spring Junk Bonanza! It’s going to be overflowing with ideas, resources and so much more!! Definitely an event not to be missed!!

  2. I have a TON of vintage wedding and bridal portraits on my blog: Lillyslace.blogspot.com or my flickr account Lillys Lace. Feel free to download. Most photos are from the 1900s to 1940s. I love the idea of brides using vintage gowns and other vintage items. Weddings have gotten so far out of hand. As we say in the South, the bigger the wedding, the shorter the marriage!-cindy
