Lisa Greene operates The Wren’s Nest from its ground-level perch on Main Street in Anoka, Minn. Some fun facts about our avian-loving, second-year vendor:

Specialty of the house: Building and re-creating vintage items into new, one-of-a-kind pieces “with just a dash of romance.”

Then and now: “I started with antiques and dried florals 25 years ago and just never stopped. Power tools are my life!”

Last year she brought: Re-created and rewired chandeliers and stained glass.

Bringing to the Bonanza this year: Farm tables made with old oak floor boards.

Best find ever: An antique radiator cover in ornate iron with a wood insert top. The colors were fabulous and I had never ever seen the likes before or since.”

Can’t work without: Tossup between drill and paint.

No one would guess: I am a closet Trekkie.

Calling all “Enterprising” types: We welcome you to boldly go where many have gone before: The Junk Bonanza, Sept. 15-17!
