Favorite activity besides junking:
gardening

Would save if the workshop were on fire:
My husband is a volunteer firefighter so hopefully the fire wouldn’t get out of hand!
You knew you were a junker when:
I came home with a truckload and couldn’t get the truck in the garage.
Three words that describe you:
driven, creative, country
Three words that describe your product:
vintage, repurposed, useful

If you couldn’t be a junker, you’d be a:
bored housewife. Junkin’ and hunting is my life.
When you found it, you knew it would sell immediately:
a vintage single bed frame that I distressed in Timeless Ivory and applied vinyl lettering “Now I lay me down to sleep.” Sold as soon as I finished it!
You didn’t think it would ever sell:
a box of Mendents, which is used to repair holes in old pots and pans. Who knew?
You couldn’t stand to sell it once you found it:
Oh, I have that feeling about everything I’m selling, but I get to enjoy it until id does sell. And then I find something even more fun and hard to part with.

You can’t junk without:
my two-wheel cart and my GPS. I’m very independent and self-sufficient.

Kathy also has a sense of humor! We love her main photo on her Facebook page, of this sign:

“My Grandma Used it; My Mom Threw it; I Bought it.” Ah, the essence of junking! Can’t wait to be at the Bonanza, full of like-minded junkers!
