Favorite activity besides junking:
spending time with the grandkids, going on weekend trips with my hubby, shopping
Would save if the workshop were on fire:
I have a cupboard loaded with trays of “schnibbles and bits’. Would I have time to drag the whole cupboard out the door? (’cause I’d really hate to have to play favorites…)

You knew you were a junker when:
I knew I’d become a hard-core junker years ago when I was crawling through a decrepit barn that was overflowing with trash. The piles were covered with bird droppings and rodent feces. I’d spotted some old industrial lights buried under some boards and was not going to leave without them. I knew that if I got out of there without tripping and breaking a leg or contracting some deadly ‘rodent-dust’ disease, they would be worth the effort They were, and I didn’t die.

Three words that describe you:
contented, busy, easygoing
Three words that describe your product:
fun, honest, quirky
If you couldn’t be a junker, you’d be:
an auctioneer, perhaps
When you found it, you knew it would sell immediately:
an old parts organizer with a vertical rack that had beat-up bins that hung on the crossbars. It had just enough rust and just enough paint loss to make it a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
My kingdom for a parts organizer! Looking forward to scouring Gracie’s Cottage for more fabulous one-of-a-kinds!
Kim
