Ki’s car was crammed to the brim to make the trip down from LA. Thankfully, sister Karla is an organizational expert!
Monday late afternoon was time for a quick team meeting in the restaurant at Hotel Indigo Del Mar, our Silver Partner and “home away from home” for the JB team!
Then, Tuesday morning, the team arrived at the O’Brien Building at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. We love this venue!
Later that day, Ki picked up the printing order — maps and signage!
The team moved into the “office” that will help us keep order out of chaos…
Karla and Jane were on the job, sorting vendor T-shirts…
…figuring out what went into whose bag…
…and making sure each vendor bag was ready (with clementines and water, in addition to maps, vendor info sheets, customer pickup slips, badges and tees!

Take a good look at the virtually empty building! As of tomorrow, that will be all changed!
