What convinced you to exhibit at the Bonanza?
Absolutely loving to shop it every year, but nervous to try being a vendor because the bar is SO HIGH! But my fearless team of girls convinced me we can do it!
What’s your style? Describe in three words:
vintage, industrial, farmhouse
What kind of junk or vintage item makes you swoon?
vintage signage and any metal container
You knew you were a junker when…
You knew you were a junker when…
I realized I owned 10 vintage pulleys with no idea what I was going to do with them.
It was at the Bonanza! A huge metal Lake Minnetonka Rentals sign. It’s hanging in my son’s room.
What’s the one thing you wish you wouldn’t have parted with?
Two of my vintage iron ice cream parlor stools. I had four; why would I ever have parted with two? I’m a softie when someone falls in love with something of mine.
What’s the best item you’re bringing to the Bonanza?
The cupola we recently removed from our building during our renovation. It’s AMAZING!
Lip balm, my cell phone and a baseball hat (for when my hair gets in the way of serious junking).
What’s your best bit of repurposing?
Ford truck tailgate turned magnetic board. It was awesome.
What’s one thing no one would ever guess about you?
Three years ago I didn’t even know this world existed; now I own a shop, my family is moving in above it and I’ve never been happier.
If you couldn’t be a junker, you’d be a…..?
Hoarder. Because I wouldn’t have an outlet to sell the stuff I am addicted to buying!
Amanda, we’re glad you share and sell your treasures! We look forward to hosting you at the Bonanza!
