The Junk Bonanza is pleased to announce that The Porch & Atelier, one of its vendors, has signed on as a Silver partner to our event!
This is a Bonanza first! The Porch’s Teresa Dejarlais, said the decision is not difficult to explain:
“This is the easiest answer! The Junk Bonanza team, the JB brand. I mean, to be associated with it in any way is a privilege. I hope partnering will be an annual tradition, along with being a vendor!”
Teresa, who has been junking and refurbishing for more than 20 years, did the very first two Bonanzas at the Medina (Minn.) Ballroom.
“Then I concentrated on growing this great shop here in Buffalo. I returned to the Bonanza in Fall 2012. I don’t want to think about all that I missed!”
(She’s excited about an old and ornate pink cast iron stove grate she’s bringing to sell this Spring!)
Her occasional sale (The Porch) and shop (the Atelier), reside in a historic building in Buffalo’s main business district, where she shares her love of all things old and French, and hosts an annual “April in PARIS” event with food, shopping and tours. (Set this year for Saturday, May10, Mother’s Day weekend! Registration for the 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. seatings will open April 1; watch her blog for details!
Teresa says her favorite things about the Bonanza are its “great energy and palpable excitement. The people are the best!”
We have to agree! We are excited to have one of our fabulous vendors on board as a partner! Thank you, Teresa, for setting the trend!
Merci!
Kim
