Would save if the workshop were on fire:
This organizing bin (at the top of my profile) made frm cheese boxes has been with me for a long time. I remember very clearly that I paid $9 for it! When I had a store, I kept it behind the counter (to hold office supplies), and refused countless offeres from customers wanting to buy it. It seems silly to say that I would save it but I know you all get it.
You knew you were a junker when:
I really don’t think there was a defining moment. It’s in my blood. To quote Lady Gaga, “I was born this way.”
Three words that describe you:
creative, playful, resourcefuld
Three words that describe your product:
colorful, quirky, clean

If you couldn’t be a junker, you’d be a:
I have to pick one thing? Sorry, I’m a multi-tasker
You couldn’t stand to sell it once you found it:
This red and green felt banner, “Chief Many Horns and the Tomahawks” was rolled up inside a suitcase that I bought at an auction. I had no idea that it was in there until I was sorting items at home after the auction. I love everything about it, and definitely had to add it to my own collection. Rumor has it that his was a name of a musical band in Wisconsin. I don’t have any confirmation, but I can picture the fellows in the band, can’t you?
Christine, yes we can, and the guy wailing on the saxophone is playing our song: Junk Bonanza Boogie! Can’t wait until we’re all dancing in the aisles at Canterbury, all shook up with great junking buys!
See you there!
Kim
